Semi-detached Housing

The two detached houses have a faceted shape to make it possible to look from the street towards the landscape via a wide angle. The entrances are on the sides so that the reduced front facade still can house a room. The recessed front door makes it possible to look from the kitchen who’s at the door and even further on to the street. The houses have a slight variation in the facades by the window shapes and the brickplinth, due to their different position in relation to the street noise levels. At the same time they express the independancy of each house.
The masonry variation on each level works together with the windows to bring the houses in scale with the surroundings.
